AMAZON GROWING ITS DIGITAL AD SPENDING TO $5.7 BILLION

In the every growing competitive market of digital advertising, Amazon continues to grow and outspend everyone. According BloomReach, last year 44 percent of US consumers began searching for product on Amazon. New data reported by BMO Capital puts that number as high as 55 percent.

Jeff Bezo's now has over half of every person shopping for a product online using Amazon to begin their research. How do you capture more of the marketshare? Spend $3.5 BILLION in ad business in 2017. According to BMO Capital, Amazon's ad business will continue to grow 63% and spend $5.7 billion next year. To put things in perspective, the entire TV industry spends around $70 billion per year in advertising.  Thats the ENTIRE TV industry. Amazon alone is going to be spending almost $6 billion next year. Amazon is spending more and more money to drive customers to their website. This is why whenever you search for a product on Google the first few links are usually an Amazon product link.
